The BRIGHT Walk 2024 takes place on Saturday 6 July from 4pm–9pm. 2500 people will walk through the CBD and North Adelaide, raising money for medical research at SAHMRI through sponsorships from friends and family.

RDA is a voluntary organisation providing equine-assisted activities for people with disabilities to develop and enhance abilities through programs such as riding, dressage and carriage driving. Horses provide vital mental and physical stimulation for our disabled participants, improving their confidence, increasing their autonomy and delivering immeasurable amounts of pleasure. The duties will be under the direction of the Team Leader Pre-Loved and will involve sorting donated garments and accessories, washing and ironing items for sale, display items as directed. Retail experience would be an asset but not necessary. Friends of the Pound (Tweed) Inc. are an animal rescue organization and rely on the sale of pre-loved items to support the feeding and vet work of the animals in our care.
