Habitat for Humanity Australia is currently the largest and most active organisation in the Southern Highlands area mobilising volunteers to provide extensive, free, practical bushfire recovery and resilience assistance to disadvantaged members of the communities. No skills are required! Thanks to the support of our volunteers, partners and donors we have been able to support more Australian families recover from the bushfires and now help them prepare for future bushfires.

Promote RFDS and help at fundraising events. Events include market days, open gardens, raffles and occasional special events. Cooking, making savories and cakes, supper provision at old time dance once a month. Staff information and raffle ticket stalls and general assistance at events with a great team.

The Volunteer Ambulance Officers you see around town. They’re your neighbours and your mates. There for you in times or celebrations or when times are tough. Your community looks after you. And now you have the chance to give back.
