Do you have a dog or pet that is suitable to come with you to our Aged Care home and share some social interaction with our residents? Our residents living at our Wayville Aged Care Home really miss the family pets they had in their family homes. Animals bring great joy to others hearts and the social chit chat and a pat bring smiles and fill hearts. All volunteers must have up to date Influenza vaccinations, the Covid-19 vaccinations and a Police clearance to work in Aged Care.

The role is supporting parents, grandparents, and significant others in a child's life to navigate the Child Safety system. FIN Townsville offers free independent support to all families involved in Child Safety to ensure the safety of children is paramount, and families are appropriately supported. FIN is a self-funded, parent-led, volunteer organisation. #child safety #family support #compassion #counseling
