As a Leader, you'll have the exciting opportunity to be a mentor and guide for 1 - 2 participants, engaging in fun and meaningful activities together. Tour de Cure is holding its annual Snow Ball, we are expecting over 1000 guests at the International Convention Centre Sydney, on Saturday 22nd June 2024. Over the last 10 year's Tour de Cure’s Gala Events have raised over $20m to fund the boldest research, the most talented scientists and their ground-breaking projects that we believe will have the biggest impact on cancer. We can only do this with the help from our volunteers.

The BRIGHT Walk 2024 takes place on Saturday 6 July from 4pm–9pm. 2500 people will walk through the CBD and North Adelaide, raising money for medical research at SAHMRI through sponsorships from friends and family.

The Volunteers primary role is to assist the participants to ride a wave! Each participant has a different disability which can either be physical, intellectual or both. Disabled Surfers Association - SA Branch assist them to enjoy the experience of surfing & ensure they stay safe & injury free in the process. A surfing background is an advantage for volunteers but not essential. However you need to be a physically fit, aged 17+ & be comfortable in the water for periods of up to 2 hours.

The Gold Coast Hospital Foundation seeks volunteers to join staff, donors, corporates and the wider community to raise funds for vital medical equipment to aid the most vulnerable in our community.
