Legacy is holding their Annual April Badge Day Street Appeal, and are seeking volunteers to rattle a tin, or dress up as a bear mascot, for our collection day on Wednesday, 12 April 2017 between 7.00 am – 3.00 pm.

Put up banners, make sure sponsors banners are displayed appropriately. Oversee the wording and putting in place of the message boards according to council approval.

    The General Hands and Runners are the unsung heroes of the Pinjarra Festival. You may be asked to have a go at taking photos of the event, ensuring that rubbish is put in bins, handing out surveys, relieving other team members, compiling survey data, consoling lost children, providing directions and comments on event activities, assisting with stage management and delivering supplies. If you get bored doing to the same thing, then this is the perfect job for you!

  10. Festival of the Sea 2017 Volunteer

    The Festival of the Sea began in 2008 to promote and educate the public on our local wild caught and aquaculture fishing industries. The Festival provides entertainment for the whole family with local entertainers, nautical activities for adults and children, competitions and seafood cooking demonstrations. Entry is by gold coin donation. In 2017 the Festival is being run on Saturday 15th April from 10am to 4pm. Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles usually for 2 or more hours.
