Three lovely ladies living in the Templestowe and Donvale area aged care homes are seeking new friends for company, to reduce feelings of loneliness. This volunteer role offers flexibility and reward for both the volunteer and recipient of visits.

This work site is accessed through the locked gate on Pittwater Rd East Ryde just south of the Rene Street roundabout. The work will benefit the local flora and fauna and the walkers using the Great North Walk. No experience needed and all are welcome and a qualified bushregenaeration trainer will assist the group for the first seven months.

The work involves weeding and watching the native bush recover. We meet every Saturday morning 8.00am to 10:30am and are supported Lane Cove National Park.
