Down syndrome Victoria runs a social group for adults with Down syndrome, we’re called Club21. Club21 has been going in Melbourne for over 10 years and we are very excited to bring Club21 to Geelong! Interchange is a program within UMFC’s Carer Aged and Disability Service and provides support to children and young people with disability and their families/carers. Interchange is supported by volunteers to create social and recreational opportunities through group and individual activities.
