About this opportunity
We are looking for a psychotherapist to join our team. In this role you will be assisting NDIS participants in providing support and counselling to empower them to achieve their goals.
**What you will need to have: **
- Qualification in Counselling or Psychology (or working towards)
- Report writing & Research
- Excellent Communication skills
- Empathy & person -centered approach.
- Proactive & Problem solving skill
**What you will do: **
- Conducting counselling sessions over the phone
- Using verbal interaction to explore behaviour, attitudes and emotions
- Helping clients to understand and address their inner conflicts.
- Identify client needs and barriers
- Develop action plans to assist client in achieving their goals
- Generating treatment protocols
- Providing reports with professional recommendations to NDIS support team

Time Required
Flexible working hours. 4 hours per week as a minimum.
