Blind Sports & Recreation Victoria is currently seeking a volunteer to accompany an elderly lady who is blind on weekly or fortnightly walks in her local area of Mornington for 1 hour. Help this lady explore her suburb, keep fit and feel socially connected!

Down Syndrome Victoria is looking for volunteers for an exciting new program – FitSkills. FitSkills is a evidence-based physical activity program for people with Down syndrome. In this program the person with Down syndrome will be matched with a volunteer partner. Together they will exercise at their local gym, fitness centre or health club. The program runs for 12 weeks and participants go to the gym together twice a week.

MND NSW provides equipment free of charge to people living with motor neurone disease. Our staff are inundated with work at the moment in the cleaning bay and would really appreciate an extra pair of hands with cleaning duties and minor repairs of equipment.
