As the Volunteer and Staff Coordinator for the Big Love Festival 2024 (Chenrezig Institute 26-28th September 2024), you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and staff to support the successful execution of the event. You’ll ensure all festival volunteers and staff are equipped with the necessary resources and information to fulfil their roles effectively, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for festival attendees.

As the Marketing Manager for the Big Love Festival (Chenrezig Institute, 26-28th September 2024) you will play a vital role in driving ongoing ticket sales through festival promotion and brand awareness through multiple platforms/marketing/communication methods. Branding has already been developed, some early marketing has already begun and tickets are already selling. This role begins asap until end September, following festival wrap up and lessons learnt are documented for future festivals.

If you’ve got experience with PowerAutomate and Sharepoint 365, especially in squeezing as much juice from that lemon without additional licensing charges (we’re a not-for-profit) and you can spare some time guiding us, we’d be grateful.

Baabayn is looking for volunteer tutors for Aboriginal children at their premises in Emerton. The class is held every Tuesday afternoon.
