The Emergency Relief Food Pantry rescues food and prepares food parcels for disadvantaged members of the local community. We are looking for volunteers to assist with the collection of food, and the packing and distribution of these food parcels on weekdays from 9am - 1pm. Help is also needed after those hours on some days to receive & unpack/store rescued food (e.g, 10am - 2pm, or 12pm - 4pm.) Some moderate to heavy lifting will be required, and drivers will need a clean driver's licence.

BinderKeepers Inc is community orientated and provides members books covering from baby to senior ages for borrowing. Approximately once per month, helpers are required to support experienced volunteers with setting up Events, keeping tables tidy and packing up at the end of a day. Book sorters are required to sort donated books for shelving for our main collection. The collection is a quite valuable community asset.
