4 Voices are looking for a Fundraiser to join our team to support and develop fundraising programs to meet our fundraising goals. Fundraiser responsibilities include recruiting sponsors, leading promotional activities, expanding and maintaining relationships with donors. As Habitat Australia's Event Admin Volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in assisting the Corporate Partnerships team by supporting our team with all event related tasks prepping a large event. We need your amazing help to ensure our event will be hugely successful by being a strong team member over 4 -5 weeks 5 hours a week approximately.

Are you interested in welcoming visitors to the beautiful Botanic Gardens and providing directions and information. The Centre is open each day from 10 am - 2 pm. Visitors also purchase plants and merchandise and attend events in the Gardens. You will be required to undertake retail sales of merchandise and learn point of sale duties. We're looking for a dynamic volunteer with event management experience to craft an events masterplan. This role is perfect for someone who loves the nitty-gritty of event planning and is excited by the challenge of planning a detailed schedule for a variety of activities.

The Emergency Relief Food Pantry rescues food and prepares food parcels for disadvantaged members of the local community. We are looking for volunteers to assist with the collection of food, and the packing and distribution of these food parcels on weekdays from 9am - 1pm. Help is also needed after those hours on some days to receive & unpack/store rescued food (e.g, 10am - 2pm, or 12pm - 4pm.) Some moderate to heavy lifting will be required, and drivers will need a clean driver's licence.

BinderKeepers Inc is community orientated and provides members books covering from baby to senior ages for borrowing. Approximately once per month, helpers are required to support experienced volunteers with setting up Events, keeping tables tidy and packing up at the end of a day.
