We support people to maintain their independence at home or to access community services. Rise values inclusion and embraces the experience of people in our community from all walks of life. Our Glee Bees assist with planning and preparing activities and games for our clients attending our social centres and whilst on outings.

We provide lost child stops and family meeting points, which act as a trusted meeting place and provide safe refuge for children who become lost. They are also a point for parents to collect free Constable Care safety wristbands to write their contact details on in case of an emergency. Our service increases community safety and reduces risk and trauma for children attending popular events.
