Join our team as a Community Engagement Administrator and play a pivotal role in enhancing the impact of Short Back & Sidewalks. This position is central to coordinating and administrating our volunteer-driven activities. As a key part of our team, you'll help facilitate effective communication channels between volunteers and our organisation. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong organisational and leadership skills while working in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Every night, up to 900* people sleep rough in Perth’s inner city, with over 9,000 people experiencing homelessness across WA. We work to support people on their journey out of homelessness. Our outreach, crisis support and accommodation teams assist people with their needs and support them to access the services that are right for them at any stage in their journey. Volunteers help us to reach more people experiencing homelessness.

The Historical Society members are the Volunteer custodians and Guides of the Azelia Ley Homestead Museum and Wagonhouse museum, on roster for Sunday opening 1.30-4.30pm, and supervising the Museums for booked tours and school excursions, as they occur (Mon-Wed).
