The Japanese Film Festival (JFF) returns to Perth on 14 – 20 October, and is seeking a passionate candidate to join the team as a Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work behind-the-scenes for the JFF and gain valuable professional experience. The Coordinator will be responsible for researching contacts for local promotions, recruiting and managing volunteers, and assisting staff during the film festival Opening Night. This is a semi-volunteer position.

The Volunteer Youth Program Assistant for the Aboriginal Arts Program will assist in delivering engaging and culturally enriching art workshops and classes for youth from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds. In some contexts, they may also work with youth from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) backgrounds and those who are considered ‘at risk’.

Do be friendly, patient, willing to learn&work. Avail Fri nights 5:30pm-9pm, or 11pm. Serve customers, patrons, members&adult community(18yrs+)drinks at bar. Prepare drinks. Re-stock fridge.
