Join us to help save the Endangered Eastern-Barred Bandicoot from extinction through a variety of hands-on conservation activities at Woodlands Historic Park This project is proudly made possible with support from Parks Victoria and Melbourne Airport.

The native plant seed orchard aims to grow seed for revegetation on the farm site and to share knowledge and skills to be able to increase involvement of community members and make revegetation more accessible to community from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. in summer volunteers will collect and manage grassland seeds, in winter volunteers will be part of revegetation projects, in autumn volunteers will support the building and set-up of the native seed orchard.

The Louis Joel Arts & Community Centre is looking for Garden Guru volunteers to participate in gardening activities at the centre. If you like getting your hands dirty, this is the volunteering role for you!

To develop and sustain the Ringwood RSL Sub-branch to ensure ongoing provision of welcoming environment that excels in relevant support and commemorative services for members. Fundraising by selling badges, pens, key rings and poppies for Anzac and Remembrance appeals at a local shopping Centre.

This role will involve hands on work within a small team of volunteers focusing on maintaining the garden beds within Reynard Street Neighbourhood House and in the adjoining Community Garden where required. This role is a great way to become involved with a meaningful project, while meeting new people, and staying active and involved in your community.

We are seeking a volunteer with a passion for gardening and appropriate skills to work in and maintain our community garden and vegetable beds. Knowledge of plant & vegetable requirements and maintenance is desired.
