Each Tuesday we take a minivan full of seniors to locations around Melbourne for a day out with friends. The role includes picking up and dropping off clients from their homes, driving to and from the destination and having fun along the way. We offer a popular weekly lunch with a three-course meal of soup, main and dessert, which changes weekly depending on ingredients and the occasion. We're looking for someone with kitchen experience to volunteer each Wednesday from 11am-2pm. The role involves food preparation and plating food. You'll be working with a small team of kitchen and dining volunteers and the program coordinator.

As a Games and Puzzle Volunteer, you will provide companionship and meaningful engagement for older people in care at Caulfield Residential Care Home. Spend time sitting alongside one another enjoying the challenge of completing a puzzle together, or perhaps playing simple card games, dominos or scrabble, depending on the ability of the residents we also have an indoor golf set on site.
