We seek volunteers for our Bicycle Repair and Maintenance Program. Do you have good knowledge about bicycles and scooters? The Open House Bike Hut operates out of Malahang Reserve, West Heidelberg, and is a space for local park users to fix their bikes,  scooters  and skateboards.

Open House is a Christian charity organisation that has been serving the community for 50 years. We are seeking passionate gardeners who are interested in maintaining and improving the gardens and open spaces at Open House. This is a chance to think creatively, put into practice your gardening skills, get to know other people, and have fun!

We are a Community Centre located in Camberwell and require some one to decorate and theme our foyer and childcare rooms four times a year.

Join our dedicated equipment safety check team to fix, check and clean essential items like prams, cots, and car seats for vulnerable children in need.

Join our dedicated warehouse team! Sort through donations and prepare lovely clothes and toy packs for children in need. You will become part of a great community that makes a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families.

Back2bikes is a social enterprise that provides bike training services and bike recycling for the community. Run by volunteers and supported by Port Phillip Council, we accept bike donations and sell recycled bikes as affordable transport. We provide - training for volunteers - bike maintaining courses - affordable bike servicing - bikes for people with special needs - bikes for people in need. i.e. asylum seekers, refugees, victims of domestic violence

We take all volunteers, young and old. You can either use your existing Sales, Management or other skills or we can teach you some new ones. We provide low-cost local native plants to the public and park organisations. We hope that by encouraging the planting of local native plants this will increase the biodiversity & climate resilience of the Whitehorse area.
