The Eastside Repair Café launched recently on Hobart’s sunny eastern shore, and is held on the last Saturday of each month. We need more volunteers to help us deliver this wonderful community initiative, doing a range of roles including fixing things, sewing things and generally helping with things! The working group is a membership of driven, connected and passionate individuals who will seek support for Cancer Council Tasmania's (CCT) Gala Balls in Devonport (22 June), Launceston (19th October) and Hobart (23rd November). Working Group Members are required in each region, seeking support from their own networks by actively inviting likeminded and generous individuals and groups to attend the gala and participate in exciting fundraising activities on the night.
