PMI Queensland is seeking to recruit a volunteer Deputy Associate Director (DAD) to assist and support the Associate Director (AD)—Academic Outreach portfolio. The DAD Academic Outreach role will assist the AD to work with Universities, Tertiary Educators and RTO’s and promote the Project Management Institute and its Queensland Chapter.

HUB Neighbourhood Centre runs a Women's English Conversation classes on Fridays from 10.00 - 11.30am. Inala has people from many diverse cultures predominantly refugees, who attend the classes. We are looking for more volunteers to support the group to continue to run. Classes do not run during school holidays.

Scouting engages and inspires young people aged 5 - 25 to develop confidence, resilience and leadership skills. Our adult leaders support this journey and develop life-changing skills along the way. We have a variety of volunteering opportunities available for adults who are up for some outdoor fun and adventure. We need adult volunteers to judge primary and secondary school debates at various locations across Brisbane City, Brisbane suburbs, Redlands, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, Gold Coast and Toowoomba. Volunteers will listen to two or three debates an evening and are expected to deliver an oral adjudication to outline the winning team whilst encouraging students with suggestions on how they can improve and how they can debate better.
