Scouting engages and inspires young people aged 5 - 25 to develop confidence, resilience and leadership skills. Our adult leaders support this journey and develop life-changing skills along the way. We have a variety of volunteering opportunities available for adults who are up for some outdoor fun and adventure. Training and support will be provided, including access to formal qualifications in business, leadership and outdoor recreation.

We need adult volunteers to judge primary and secondary school debates at various locations across Brisbane City, Brisbane suburbs, Redlands, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, Gold Coast and Toowoomba. Volunteers will listen to two or three debates an evening and are expected to deliver an oral adjudication to outline the winning team whilst encouraging students with suggestions on how they can improve and how they can debate better.

Drive for Life is a driver training and mentoring program that equips young people who are overcoming adversity, to obtain their drivers licence. The program removes the barriers and provides a pathway towards positive role models, developing independent life skills and improving employment prospects. Brisbane Seniors Online (BSOL) is an all volunteer organisation that provides computer and smartphone training to Seniors aged over 50 in the Greater Brisbane area. We need receptionists in our Woolloongabba Office to answer enquiries from the public and enter details on our membership database. A minimal amount of computer knowledge is required and training is provided.
