PCYC Queensland’s Braking the Cycle program supports young people to complete their mandatory 100 hours of supervised driving in a safe and suitable vehicle with a volunteer mentor. Maroondah Winter Shelter provides a safe and warm place for homeless males to stay overnight during the winter months, 7 nights per week. Home cooked meals are provided. As a volunteer you would be making a difference to the lives of those who have been sleeping rough. Being able to listen, show care and treat our guests with dignity and compassion is what we ask for.
