Guides are often the first face a visitor sees when entering the hospital and have the important role of greeting patients and visitors as they arrive.

Volunteers in this role provide support and guidance to the visitors and staff of the Modbury Hospital Outpatients Department by greeting patients on arrival and directing patients to the required area.

A Driver and Delivery person is needed to support CareWorks' Community Programs. A Volunteer Driver is urgently needed to collect goods from local donation bins, and deliver them to the shops. Volunteers can also assist with safe storage and manual handling of goods as necessary and other delivery/ transport as needed. Suitable for Centrelink Volunteers. CareWorks provides a friendly and safe environment where you can make friends and learn or utilise necessary skills.

Riding for the Disabled SA provides horse riding & related activities for people with a disability aged between three and ninety years! RDASA is seeking volunteers to assist with 'Session Support'.

Cleaner required for small sport group. Duties will include cleaning of the toilets, and mopping of the floor in the canteen and hall. The hall and sports club is used once a week. This right person will have the flexibility to undertake the cleaning around a time that works for them. We only require it ready for Sundays when the club is open.

Some of our elderly residents need a person for social support to attend outings to appointments with them in the community. Do you wish to share some of your time assisting them in the role.

Residents living at our Aged Care homes like to continue to connect with others and take part in some active walking with a supportive companion. We encourage our elderly residents to stay active and get out in the gardens and Aged Care Home grounds. Do you have some spare time to share and support our resident to connect and stay active?
