Our choirs are all about coming together and sharing the feeling of what it is like making music together – it is a feeling of joy and elation! ACH Group is seeking two new volunteers to assist with the Sing for Joy Choir, based in Glenelg.

Share your love of music with our residents at Weekly Concerts and Special Events. We welcome a range of musical styles, from classical, jazz, country, rock'n'roll and popular hits from the 1930's onwards. As you volunteer sing, play and perform, you'll be providing a great live music experience for elderly people living at HammondCare in Daw Park.

Guide for someone with a vision impairment. We will connect you with an individual who has a vision impairment and dementia, who enjoys being outdoors in our garden, loves dogs and listening to music. A rewarding opportunity to enrich an older person's life.

We require a volunteer with skills in fundraising, who can support the Directors with innovative and creative ideas to raise funds to support the vision of PRECI! Down Syndrome Queensland (DSQ) is organising for our young adults with Down syndrome to attend our Challenge Weekend Camps throughout the year and require volunteers to assist us with this event. There are multiple opportunities throughout the year: we will require the volunteers to be available from 3pm Friday to approximately 12pm Sunday. Dates range however camps are usually held in March and November.
