About this opportunity
Minda are looking for Volunteer Community Connectors! Could you possibly fill this role?
By developing & managing volunteer driven activities, you could support the Cafe Inc via your networks!
You could help them build a more connected neighbourhood by: sharing your skills, interests and passions with others running weekly, fortnightly or monthly activities or workshops from INC Cafe.
INC Cafe is a hub for the local community to come together, connect, chat and maybe try something new!
Activities/workshops may include:
- Arts and Crafts
- Knitting or crocheting
- Gardening
- Baking
- Fitness
- Mums and Bubs group
- Book Club
- Music and Singing
- Financial Wellbeing
If you: enjoy socialising, see the real value in community engagement, are committed to a regular pattern of volunteering and possess good social and communication skills – Minda would love to hear from you!
Additional requirements
Covid-19 vaccination . NDIS screening check .
Volunteer must be Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19 (two vaccines plus one booster)
Department of Human Services - NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
1-2 hours on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis
