    At the end of such a huge event, the dreaded zombie night shift pack down must occur, all of the event infrastructure has to be secured overnight, we have secured the Scout Hall to store the event gear in, so we just need some help with returning infrastructure to the Shire Depot and packing things into the Scout Hall.

  2. Chill Out Zone - Edge of the Bay

    The Chill Out Zone is a place for event information and somewhere to ask for help if needed. The Zone is an inclusive space where all people are welcome, and will include large ‘igloos’, marques and seating. We need volunteers to hang out in the space, provide information, distribute water and fruit, and report any antisocial behavior to event coordinators. Primarily we would like youth and young adults to help us with this space.

Greater Sports Ground camping overflow Alexander Bay Quagi Beach Volunteer as a caretaker at one of three Shire camping grounds over the summer school holiday period Allocation of camping sites, collection of campiong fees, toilet cleaning, rubbish collection. Shire rangers will visit at least weekly, all cleaning materials supplied, emerghency contact equipment supplied.
