About Hedland Bush Fire Brigade
The Town of Port Hedland encompasses an area of 10,587 square kilometres. As a brigade, we provide a fire prevention and suppression service for the municipality. We also render assistance at incidents in gazetted fire districts controlled by the WA Fire and Rescue Service. In addition, our appliances and crews have been deployed to incidents out of our area, responding to requests for assistance from local governments across the Pilbara.
