The purpose of our Home Visit service is to reduce the social isolation of our clients who may be feeling disconnected from their community. Have you got a few spare hours to visit an elderly person on the Northern beaches ? Do you enjoy engaging with people and making a meaningful difference to the lives of others ? Shopping Support Volunteers are needed. There are older people in our community who need the support of a friendly, caring and reliable person to assist them with their grocery shopping. An older man living in his own home would like you to visit him. You must be able to converse in Greek and can play board games, chat about Greece and other places of travel, or go for a walk together. Approximately an hour a fortnight or weekly at a time to suit both of you.

Easy Care Gardening is an Aged Care provider. We are seeking active and enthusiastic people to join our volunteer gardening teams. Our volunteer teams look after our clients' gardens, making them safe, tidy and enjoyable. We weed prune and mulch home gardens to make them low maintenance, to make things easier for the client between our visits. We are a friendly group and always stop for a "cuppa" which we share with the client.
