As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering face-to-face events and virtual/hybrid events. In this role, you will be responsible for the ideation, development, and execution of a broad range of client and staff events, and you will also deliver these events.

The Regional Lead is responsible for the Regional Operations Team (ROT) but will be provided with support and assistance from the International Operations Team. The Regional Leads will be invited to participate on the IPT calls on a monthly basis to maintain communications between the IOT and ROT’s. Support from the various IOT teams i.e. volunteer management, marketing and communications will be provided as required. Regional Leads will also be able to access Operations Support.

Do you like boats and sailing? This role involves collecting a 3.5M poly boat on a purpose-built aluminium trailer with an electric start 4-stroke motor and towing it 500 meters to a public boat ramp. Launch the boat with the help of club members, drive the boat out onto Throsby Creek and lay markers to create a sailing course. Return to shore and be on standby to collect distressed model boats if required. When racing has concluded, collect the buoys & return the boat to its original location.

The Capel Regional Equestrian Park has been successful in securing funding from CSRFF and the Shire of Capel to build a new multi-sports pavilion. We now need to source additional funding to finalise the project. The role will be to oversee the building of the new premises and manage the distribution of the sponsorship package to businesses within the region, and then follow up the prospective sponsors. A spreadsheet of all businesses approached will need to be maintained.

Lead and Guide various groups and tours through the Botanic Gardens

Moreton Bay Region Visitor Information Centres are located across the region at Bribie, Redcliffe, Samford, Caboolture and Woodford and are open 7 days a week from 9am - 4pm. Volunteers are the welcoming ambassadors for the centres and mostly do a 4 hour shift once a week. Our volunteers enjoy promoting the Moreton Bay region and helping visitors with directions, maps, information and guides. We also offer opportunities for volunteers to be tour guides.

We are looking for a person with high level communication skills and outgoing personality over a microphone to be the ‘Game Day Announcer’ at First Division men’s and women’s hockey games held at our turf facility at Morris Buzzacott Reserve.

Enjoy the great outdoors and spend time in the sunshine as you walk alongside elderly residents from HammondCare aged care home in Miranda. You'll be helping people to maintain their mobility as well as their healthy wellbeing and confidence as you take in the sights of the broader grounds and coffee shop. No fitness level required as this is a social outing with light paced exercise.

We are looking for friendly people who smile a lot & enjoy chatting to our visitors, who are of a neat and tidy appearance and who are self motivated with a good work ethic and an eye for detail. You must be able to work as part of our team, but also to work without supervision and use initiative when required.

This position would suit a physically fit person who can cope with heavy lifting.
