We require volunteers to assist to set up and pack away for wedding ceremonies/receptions.

From education programs with local schools, to performances and exhibitions, heritage talks and festivals. We need someone to help at the Museum with Group tours bookings. follow up with the tours for tour numbers. This is an important job in the Museum as a Group tours are a major fundraiser activity. Catering for our Tour groups, purchasing and preparing food at home bring to the Museum on the day. Help with setting up for the tour. After the tour tiding up making sure the kitchen is clean and tidy. Re-imbursement for money spent. Some previous experience would be beneficial.

We require the services of a maintenance/cleaner. Help Set-up for Tours. Keeping our Museum sparkling clean and in working order. We are a Centrelink approved site.

Assist the Workshop team in the maintenance, repair and restoration of our heritage locomotive fleet.

Train enthusiasts - this one is for you. Bennett Brook Railway are in search of new Train Drivers to welcome tourists and visitors visiting Whiteman Park for a fun experience. This is a great opportunity to gain qualifications as full training to qualification standard will be provided if required.

Do you have a love of trains? We are looking for versatile volunteers and have several different positions to fill: Driver / Guard / Signaller / Maintenance Crew and the Kiosk. In each of these positions you can also assist with roles such as customer service, public direction, ticket collection, signal operation, guard, maintenance crew etc. and eventually the elevation to 'Train Driver' for those who are interested.

An administration assistant is needed to support the General Manager and company secretary to maintain the important work and cultural significance of the Australian jazz museum. Must have experience in MS Office and be willing to train in the use of Salesforce. General maintenance of the museum when required and assisting with group tours.

We require a mature, experienced, business oriented and skilled grant writer and fundraiser to assist the museum with writing and submitting grant applications. Will also be required to source quotes, funding and grant opportunities and give advice and guidance to the committee.
