    The Metropolitan Migrant Resource Centre Inc. is a non-profit community organisation based in Mirrabooka which provides services across the metropolitan area. MMRC endeavours to bridge gaps that refugees and new migrants encounter during their settlement in Australia. With a dedicated team, from a variety of different ethnic backgrounds, MMRC supports their clients as they face a variety of settlement challenges and work with them to create a sense of community and acceptance.

    Visiting refugee families in their Townsville home and/or weekly calls for an hour. Tutors need no qualifications, experience or special skills. We are looking for people who want to know that they can make a difference to a family and to a person’s future. St Vincent de Paul will assist you to get a Blue Card and also complete police checks. #1hour
