A Sound Life provides therapeutic and trauma informed yoga and meditation sessions with our participants of varying physical and mental abilities. Our sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and are designed to connect, uplift their spirits while empowering them. Interchange is a program within UMFC’s Carer Aged and Disability Service and provides support to children and young people with disability and their families/carers. Interchange is supported by volunteers to create social and recreational opportunities through group and individual activities. Group experiences include After School Activities, School Holiday Activities and other activities as planned.

Provide social and physical support and supervision for teenagers with a mild to moderate disability to assist them in having maximum fun while attending the Variety Adventure Camp. Camp dates are 29 June to 6 July 2024 and will be held at Goanna Park 90kl south of Darwin on the Arnhem Highway.
