The Moorabbin Area Toy Library is a not-for-profit organisation which has been supporting local families with the tools for play for over 30 years. We are run by a dedicated and passionate volunteer committee and member volunteers. We are looking for volunteers who can commit to weekly or fortnightly shifts on Saturday mornings between 10am - 1pm. This could be for the full 3 hours or just a couple of hours.

The Department for Child Protection Volunteer Driver would transport children and young people to and from family contact, appointments and may also assist with learner driver training. Some out of hours, long distance and overnight travel may be required.

You will be matched with families and tasks based on your experience, skills and interests and the family’s needs. We would like you to commit for 12 months and to be flexible when volunteering. The support you are expected to give will vary from family to family and may change during your time with us. We will provide you with adequate training and supervision.

Our Pathfinders are RMHC WA advocates across King Edward Memorial Hospital. They support patients and visitors to the hospital and provide assistance to hospital staff, clinics and wards.

Our Family Ambassadors Nedlands are the first point of call for anyone entering our Monash Avenue based home.

Located in our Ronald McDonald Family Room at Perth Children's Hospital, our Froomies provide support for families using this facility.

Our Dinner Squad provide assistance to our Nedlands House during the busy dinner time period.

Our sessions are busy - we would love your help with checking in toys; returning toys; helping members borrow new toys and maintaining toys.

Cairns Toy Library (just like a book library but for toys) is looking for someone to help us to keep our lawn area neat and tidy - mowing, edges and general tidy up services required.
