4 Voices are looking for team leaders to support our small outreach teams on the Gold Coast. Team leaders need to engage with, coach and manage both volunteer and the outreach shift activities. The commitment required is 3 - 4 hours per week. We are about to launch an outreach service to operate from an off-grid van at various locations on the Gold Coast.

We have helped 938 people to get amazing jobs in the last 10 years! Training position in retail, customer service, office administration, cash handling, banking, EFTPOS, sales, accounts pay/rec, marketing, merchandising, stock control, Team Leader/Manager role, HR, etc. No experience required - we train you, fix your resume, teach you interview skills, will be your local referee and give you access to our jobs board. We advertise often as our trainees get jobs regularly!

Out of Town Outings - This role is an all day position 8am start end of day between 3pm-4:30pm. Driving out of town like Mitta Mitta/Bright distance from Albury Wodonga (~85-100km) This would be on a Wednesday every week, the volunteer staff do not pay for their morning tea or lunch, this for Men’s group & Jumbunna group bus outings.

Looking for volunteers in our Op Shop. Help us run the shop whilst raising funds to support children in Australia and Overseas. Need work experience? Retired and looking to do good? We are happy to sign off Centrelink hours too!

This role requires a person to have experience in sourcing and writing grants. You will be responsible in identifying, defining and developing funding sources to support existing and planned programs in our organisation. You will also be managing the reporting process for all the awarded grants, ensuring compliance with grant terms and conditions. If this is something that you have been doing and are proud of yourself your contribution will surely help this organisation to grow.

The Vinnies Support Centre is a client support and referral centre with emergency assistance (Monday – Friday), reception and client support volunteers all trained to engage with people experiencing disadvantage and address requests for assistance professionally.
