Scouting engages and inspires young people aged 5 - 25 to develop confidence, resilience and leadership skills. Our adult leaders support this journey and develop life-changing skills along the way. We have a variety of volunteering opportunities available for adults who are up for some outdoor fun and adventure. Training and support will be provided, including access to formal qualifications in business, leadership and outdoor recreation.

Join us at Kedron Scouts and become a Scout Leader. It's the best unpaid role in the world! Multiple leadership positions are available. These include becoming a trained Scout Leader or assisting as a trained youth or adult helper. We have all sections of Scouting and our young people are aged 5-25.This is your opportunity for adventure and to gain new skills. Relevant training is supplied. Assistance is provided to apply for a Blue Card. Leaders -18 years and up. Youth helpers from 15 years.

Scouts provides young Aussies with fun and challenging opportunities to grow through adventure. The Scout Movement encourages the development of young people so they take a constructive place in communities by through gaining life skills, self-confidence and independence. Our host families are open-minded, flexible, tolerant and have a sense of humour. They are keen to learn about another country and culture and share their own lives and experiences with their student.
