Music can heal, uplift and even transform lives but the people who need it most often have the least access to it. That is where A Sound Life comes in - we do all the legwork to make it easy for you to simply turn up and perform your music either live over Zoom or directly to patients by their bedside in hospitals. Our next Musician Training Day is happening on Sunday, April 28 from 10am-3pm at Together2, Rozelle in Sydney and via Zoom.
A Sound Life provides therapeutic and trauma informed yoga and meditation sessions with our participants of varying physical and mental abilities. Our sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and are designed to connect, uplift their spirits while empowering them.
