Advocare volunteers assist in providing the Advocare Community Visitors Scheme to older people living in Residential Aged Care facilities or receiving a Home Care Package. Volunteers engage in one-on-one visits to people who are socially isolated or experiencing loneliness and whose quality of life would be improved by positive engagement and companionship.
