An attendant is required to assist at various times during the week (Mon-Fri), generally the mornings to prepare the Cottage for school excursions and private group visitors.

In joining Collingwood Children's Farm Busy Bees Volunteer program, you get the opportunity to immerse yourself in the nature and beauty that the Farm has to offer, whilst learning about the daily operations from our experienced and passionate team. But that's not all! You’ll be rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty completing some vital farm jobs. You’ll get a chance to engage with like-minded people who share your passion for plants, animals and community connection.

Our reservoir reserves are home to beautiful landscapes and unique flora and fauna. Join a group of like-minded people and help nurture these special places. You'll be actively involved in caring for your local reservoir reserve and enhancing the experience for visitors. Tasks may include: manual weed removal, maintenance and repairs of the mountain bike track, revegetation/tree planting, rubbish collection, recording of wildlife sightings, and more.

Join the 'Friends of Currimundi Lake' volunteer group and help the local Rangers control invasive weeds in this small remnant of wallum heath on the Sunshine Coast. Tasks typically include manual weed removal and with the occasional opportunity to assist with revegetation, rubbish collection and minor maintenance of the Heath circuit walking track.

The purpose of the Regional Visitor Ambassador is to promote the region and all of its attractions (including the Whale Centre), providing recommendations, advice and assistance to visitors and the community. These recommendations might include things to do, attractions, accommodation and events. Volunteers are key ambassadors for Victor Harbor and Fleurieu Peninsula.
