The Racial Justice Centre (RJC) is looking for a People & Culture Lead who is dedicated to eliminating racism and racial injustice. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and training new volunteers and leading the development of organisational culture.

Our ideal candidate will have proficiency in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. You will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing endeavours, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable marketing manager who is hungry to do this and more. Meet and Greet Volunteers provide patients with directions on how to find services within the hospital and escort the patients to the area they need to go if necessary. Volunteers must have a friendly disposition, good communication skills, desire to help others and be fit and active enough to be able to push patients in a wheelchair.
