FoodFilled is seeking passionate volunteers to help with food deliveries! Flexible commitment, just once a fortnight and takes approx 1 hour! Pickups mostly located in Melbourne’s South East. Volunteer shift involves driving to pick up leftover/excess food from retailers (e.g. supermarket/bakery) and delivering it to a local charity, saving valuable food from ending up in landfill and providing immediate relief for those experiencing food insecurity. Own car required.

While the primary role of the SES is to respond to incidents involving floods and storms, it also provides crucial support and assistance to other emergency service organisations.
