The Capel Regional Equestrian Park has been successful in securing funding from CSRFF and the Shire of Capel to build a new multi-sports pavilion. We now need to source additional funding to finalise the project. The role will be to oversee the building of the new premises and manage the distribution of the sponsorship package to businesses within the region, and then follow up the prospective sponsors. A spreadsheet of all businesses approached will need to be maintained.

Would you like to help facilitate the coffee shop? Juniors have started a coffee shop at the sailing Club between 8:00 and 10:00 am on a Saturday morning. They need someone to: * facilitate & support these volunteers fund raising activity * open up at 7:30 am and help set up for trading * be the on-site Covid Marshall * support the juniors if any simple problems arise * meet and greet patrons, explaining our venture * meet with the juniors occasionally to brain storm ideas

Do you have Business and/or Budgeting Experience? Would you like to support the Sailing Club by joining their committee in this Business Services Role? Can you be their next committee member who can: * write grant applications * manage & acquit grants from Local, State and Federal Govt agencies * Listen to the needs of all committee members in order to estimate priorities * Be the contact person for various newsletters which advise the availability of grants currently available?

We are a not-for-profit community group who hold an annual “Hills Billy Cart Festival” at Mount Helena in the Perth Hills. Our next event will be on St Patrick’s day 24th March 2024. This position would suit someone with office/book keeping skills.
