We will be planting native vegetation to create Urban Shade Forests, to help cool our cities, create habitat for native animals and connect the local community. Inclusion Melbourne’s Leisure Buddy program matches like-minded people to undertake social activities within our community on a fortnightly basis. We are focused on creating genuine, long term connections between volunteers and our Leisure Buddy participants. Therefore, we require a minimum commitment of 12 months and two to three hours per fortnight.

Stall Assistant Volunteers to help run the Brisbane Tool Library Stall at the annual Green Heart Fair at Victoria Park, Herston. We will give you all the information so you can chat with the passing festival goers about the Brisbane Tool Library. It's lots of fun explaining the Tool Library operations. The general public are often intrigued and love the concept of a Tool Library! So, it's very rewarding getting all the compliments & positive feedback.

Are you passionate about music and looking to make a difference? Join our dedicated team at Vision Australia and help make music accessible to individuals with vision impairments through our Braille Music Transcription Service. Volunteer for a three-hour shift once a week. Work remotely over the phone, with music scores emailed to you for transcription.

Held every winter, the STEPS Grand Winter Ball raises funds for STEPS Pathways Charity, helping to create a brighter future for young people with disability and autism. The Grand Winter Ball is a prestigious black-tie event - an enchanting night of celebration, fine dining, live entertainment, generosity, joy, and warmth as the community spirit of our region shines.
