YPRL is seeking a new **Reading Dogs team** to join Thomastown Library. Our Reading Dogs program promotes children’s literacy by having children read aloud to dogs at the library. Our mission is to make reading fun and enjoyable for children so that they become confident and lifelong readers. The Traralgon Neighbourhood Learning House operates a Learning Garden at the VRI Hall 18-20 Queens Parade Traralgon. This garden, used in teaching programs, is manned by local volunteers who will make you very welcome. Hours are very flexible and we welcome and support volunteers meeting Centrelink Mutual Obligation targets. You will also be assisting in sustainable production of vegetables and flowers to support the local community.
