They participate in committees, focus groups, projects and a range of other activities to ensure the patient perspective is always considered. As a volunteer Resolution Officer, you will be responsible for receiving, assessing, investigating and responding to complaints or concerns from members of Fauna Rescue. Reporting to the Chairperson, this role will facilitate our goal of best practice wildlife care and support our volunteers with any matters that may arise.
