BaptistCare WA is currently searching for a dedicated individual to spearhead seated chair exercise classes for their residents. With the assistance of therapy staff, the chosen candidate will guide and support participants throughout the sessions. Prior experience in leading group exercise classes is advantageous for this ongoing role. The commitment required is just 1-2 hours per week.

Choir Helper at Port Noarlunga ACH Sing for Joy Choir is growing, & they are looking for another volunteer help! They need someone who loves being around older people & doesn’t mind singing even if they think that they can’t sing! Sing for Joy, Port Noarlunga, is held weekly on a Wednesday afternoon, between 12.30 and 3.30pm to help set up and serve tea and coffee.
