Around 100 swimmers from clubs around Victoria (and even interstate) will compete in the MSV Long Course Long Distance Championships. If you believe that sport should be for everyone, regardless of age and ability, and want to be part of a fun and friendly fitness event, then MSV needs you!

On Sunday 11 August Muscular Dystrophy will stage Run for Strength - a fun run/walk around Princes Park. We need volunteers to act as marshalls around the course making sure participants dont go the wrong way. It is an easy job but one that is crucial to the success of the event. Its a wonderful celebration of able bodied people coming together with those with a disability.

The Roundabout Project is a volunteer peer support project that aims to assist participants with Disability to engage with our LGBTIQA+ community encouraging networking and connections. By sharing personal experiences and developing mutual peer-to-peer friendship, participants may gain a greater sense of connection to community and develop a deeper sense of belonging, self-esteem, and interpersonal trust.

An all-abilities program for anyone aged 50 plus to partake in Walking Football in a fun, interactive and social environment. The program is designed to offer participants gentle exercises to improve their health and well-being.
