Volunteer for a three-hour shift once a week. Work remotely over the phone, with music scores emailed to you for transcription.

On Sunday 11 August Muscular Dystrophy will stage Run for Strength - a fun run/walk around Princes Park. We need volunteers to act as marshalls around the course making sure participants dont go the wrong way. It is an easy job but one that is crucial to the success of the event. Races take place on Saturday afternoons at Christies Beach during the summer season (October to April) and four Sundays during the winter season (May to September). The rescue boat is launched at the O'Sullivan Beach Marina, and is manned by two qualified volunteers.
