Volunteers will prepare budget meals at home once a month for collection by one of our team of drivers. Volunteer Home Visiting aims to empower families and enhance their social inclusion through building their confidence and connection to their community with the support and companionship of a volunteer. Families are based across the Gold Coast and matching is based on volunteers' location and family/carers interests, availability and experience and the goals identified by the family. Andy's Place operates a drop-in center every Thursday morning from 8 to 11 am for vulnerable and homeless people in Brisbane City. We are looking for an additional supervisor to volunteer on 1 Thursday morning a month from 7.30 to 11.30 am to set up tables, chairs, and breakfast, and supervise 2-3 volunteers.
