A Walk in the Park Geelong is a community fundraising event to support people living with Parkinson's. We need your support: As a volunteer you will work alongside others in a fun and vibrant environment with an enthusiastic group of committed Volunteers and supports all aspects of the event. A role will be allocated for you.

Diabetes Victoria is holding a diabetes education event for the Vietnamese community on May 28, and looking for Vietnamese speaking volunteers to provide in-language support to attendees. We have 4 volunteer roles available. Responsibilities include assisting with promotion prior to the event, set-up/ pack-down of the event, supporting attendees on the day, and ensuring the event goes smoothly.

We are looking to superstar volunteers to help us with all things MS Brissie to the Bay bike ride, in particular photographing the event. This event supports almost 5,500 Queenslanders living with MS and other neurological conditions, and we cannot pull off events like this without our amazing volunteers.

Down Syndrome Queensland (DSQ) is organising for our young adults with Down syndrome to attend our Challenge Weekend Camps throughout the year and require volunteers to assist us with this event. There are multiple opportunities throughout the year: we will require the volunteers to be available from 3pm Friday to approximately 12pm Sunday. Dates range however camps are usually held in March and November.

We need help with a range of roles: eg registration desk; t-shirt stall; Wayfinder. Equipment and orientation provided. Dementia Australia is the national peak body for people, of all ages, living with all forms of dementia, their families and carers. We provide advocacy, support services, education and information.
