for Southaven Day Centre - Seniors & Aged Care
As you may imagine the lock down was a lonely time, so we have created some new volunteer roles to help reduce social isolation and help the elderly who live independently to reconnect back into the community.
for PCYC Townsville (Aitkenvale) - Community Services
PCYC Queensland’s Braking the Cycle program supports young people to complete their mandatory 100 hours of supervised driving in a safe and suitable vehicle with a volunteer mentor. The vehicles are kindly donated by the community. Student participants will initially be assessed by a driving school to ensure competency. #Mentoring #Volunteering #Braking the Cycle Volunteer Driver #Communication skills
